This is a step-by-step guide for adding balance to your wallet, enabling auto top-up, and ensuring you always have sufficient credits to make outbound calls, send text messages, and fully leverage the AI Agents platform in WellGrow.
Step 1: Navigate to the Billing Section

Log in to your WellGrow AI Agents platform using your credentials.

Once you are logged in, click on the Settings menu located on the left-hand navigation menu.

In the Settings menu, select Billing.
Note:
This is the location where you can manage all aspects of your wallet, including adding funds and setting up automatic top-ups.
Step 2: Add Balance

Under the Billing section, click on Add Balance.

Enter the amount you want to add to your wallet (for example, $20).

Click Topup Wallet Balance.

A QR code will appear; scan it with your mobile phone to pay directly.
Tip:
You can choose an amount that suits your business needs and usage patterns. Ensure you have enough credits to cover outbound calls, text messages, and any AI testing you plan to do.
Step 3: Set Up Auto Top-Up

In the same Billing section, locate the Auto Top-Up or similar option.

Specify the threshold (e.g., $10) that will trigger an automatic recharge.

Choose the amount you want automatically added when your balance falls below the threshold (e.g., another $10).

Confirm and save your auto top-up settings.
Why Auto Top-Up?
- Ensures you never run out of credits for outbound or inbound calls.
- Helps avoid service interruptions due to insufficient balance.
- Keeps your AI Agents up and running without manual intervention.
Step 4: Test Your AI Agents
- Use the Chat Lab and Voice Lab within the WellGrow platform to test creating and refining your AI Agents.
- Testing can be done without adding credits, but keep in mind that actual outbound calls and text messages will require a funded wallet.
Important:
The moment you want to start making real outbound calls or sending text messages, ensure you have credits in your wallet by following the steps above.
