How To Integrate and Reset Your AI Agent’s CRM Connection

Objective:

This step-by-step guide explains how to connect your AI Agents to your CRM (such as WellGrow, GoHighLevel, or another provider). Proper integration ensures that your AI Agents have full access to your contacts, calendars, and other essential data.

Step 1: Navigate to Integrations

  1. Log into your WellGrow platform with the appropriate credentials.

  2. Click on the Settings menu (or the relevant menu) on the left-hand side.

  3. Select the Integrations option from the available settings.

Step 2: Reset Integration (If Needed)

  1. In the Integrations section, locate the Reset Integration option.

  2. Click Reset Integration to remove any outdated or invalid connections.


Tip:

Resetting the integration is useful if your AI Agents are missing contact information, not updating lead details, or lacking calendar access.

Step 3: Reconnect Your CRM

  1. After resetting, you will see a prompt to Log in to your CRM platform (e.g., GoHighLevel or another provider).

  2. Enter your CRM credentials or follow the single sign-on steps if available.

  3. When prompted, select the account or workspace you want to connect to your AI Agents.

  4. Click Proceed (or a similar confirmation button) to finalize the integration.

Note:

Once this step is completed, your AI Agents will have restored access to all your CRM data, including contacts, calendars, and lead details.

Step 4: Confirm and Test

  1. Return to your AI Agent dashboard.

  2. Verify that your AI Agents can now view or update contacts, access calendars, and function as expected.

  3. If needed, run a quick test by creating or modifying a contact or scheduling an event to confirm that all updates sync properly.
