Send Conversation Summary to Your Clients
Step 1: Create a custom field inside of your GHL called "Conversation Summary"
Step 2: Create a custom Extraction tool inside of your AI Assistant to populate the new custom field that you’ve created.

Step 3: Create a workflow inside of GHL that sends them an email or text message to your client after a certain trigger (Appointment Booked, etc) and include the custom field {{contact.conversation_summary}}
